With over twenty years experience in sales and marketing and an impressively consistent track record of over achievement in both individual and team sales targets, sales psychologist Bryan McCrae is highly experienced in sales, marketing and recruiting, developing and coaching highly effective teams.

A Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management

a committe member and active member of the Special Group in Coaching Psychology and has run a workshop at the annual conference.

as well as an adviser to the Portsmouth University Centre for Enterprise

and a member of the Institute of Directors (previously holding a committee role in IOD Hampshire.

He has extensive experience of sales and marketing of both products and services for large, small and start up businesses. This has resulted in extensive UK market knowledge and experience in many vertical sectors such as IT, finance, travel, government & defence, communications, leisure, health, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing.

Bryan is a regular speaker at business events hosted by Business Link, the FSB and many others.

This expertise is complimented by advanced business and IT skills, including company creation, R&D, grant application, programming, systems and business analysis and design, databases, CRM, internet, technology based marketing, with professional training and coaching skills, preceded by an Honours degree in Psychology.

Bryan McCrae's previous career history comprises senior sales and sales & marketing management roles in seven market-leading companies, such as TIBCO, Sorbus, Granada and Candle and he has been the frequent winner of multiple awards for his outstanding performance.
